solutions.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In the framework of its business activities, Airwell may collect and process specific personal data, as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on data protection and privacy (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 hereinafter, the<strong>\u201cGDPR\u201d<\/strong>) and French Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Loi Informatique &amp; Libert\u00e9s \u2013 hereinafter, the<strong>\u201cData Protection Act\u201d<\/strong>) in the version currently in force, concerning its private and professional customers.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Thus, this privacy policy (hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Policy<\/strong>\u201d) has been drawn up to enable Airwell\u2019s private and professional customers
